Catherine has been awarded Fellowship of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI).

This is one of the most prestigious professional qualifications awarded to nurses and midwives. The award recognises the significant contribution made by recipients to their profession, society and in the case of nursing and midwifery to patients, service users, colleagues and students.
