Dementia and Frailty: Practical approaches to integrated care

‘They may forget what you said, but they will not forget how you made them feel’

For all health and social care staff working with the frail elderly. This module will be mapped to HEE dementia core skills and of life core outcomes framework. This one-day course, held at Saint Catherine’s will provide participants with a fresh and creative approach to managing the challenges of caring for the older person.
