Your generosity means we can keep offering not only expert medical care, but also the small, thoughtful touches that make such a difference — from home-cooked meals and wellbeing therapies, to bereavement support and specialist advice for families.

This year’s Big Ruby Raffle was extra special as it celebrated our 40th Ruby Anniversary, with prizes themed to reflect 40 years of care in our community.

Our fundraiser, Susan Stephenson, shared:

“For the past 40 years, we have been providing specialist care for people in our community at a time in their life when they need it most.

We have helped to change lives for the better with practical and emotional support, but we have only been able to do this with the help of our amazing supporters – we cannot do it alone.

By taking part in our Big Ruby Raffle, you are helping provide essential services such as comfort and care in our in-patient unit, home-cooked meals, emotional and bereavement support, wellbeing therapies, and practical guidance from our social workers.
