Join us for Sunset Walk and remember loved ones who have gone before us.

On Sunday 24th September from 4.30pm we will be starting at Sea Life Centre and walking around North & South Bay to Scarborough Spa and back again – a total of around 10km. This event isn’t a race in any form, we’re all just coming together to remember loved ones and have a lovely evening on Scarborough sea front.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to join us, even your four legged friends! Sign up for the event is £5 per person to cover our costs and with every sign up you receive a free ice cream from Harbour Bar along the walk. Under 16s are free!

As always, if you can make a donation or raise sponsorship as part of the event then we would be very grateful and all that you can give will be going direct to patient care at Saint Catherine’s. You can link your own page to our group Just Giving page here.

We encourage everyone to wear purple on the day, you can wear a Saint Catherine’s t-shirt if you have one from previous events or you can purchase one for £8 when you sign up – if you don’t have a Saint Catherine’s t-shirt then just anything purple is just as good!

This year’s walk is in partnership with The Rainbow Centre and Andy’s Man Club. Registrations are through the Saint Catherine’s website, but supporters can choose to raise funds for one of the two other local charities.

We really hope that you’ll come together with us for this year’s Sunset Walk – together we can make a real difference for those in our area living with a terminal illness.
