Fundraising groups run regular events such as coffee mornings and bake sales as well as larger scale events such fashion shows and dinner dances. The large area that Saint Catherine’s work covers offers ample opportunities for new groups and new ideas.

Fundraising Groups are made up entirely of volunteers. A Fundraising Group can be a group of friends who want to fundraise, or people who come together with the same passion for supporting the Hospice.

Fundraising Groups are all run differently to suit their group members, but we recommend assigning some group roles, key group roles can be found overleaf. Structured meetings, documentation and yearly fundraising plans are recommended. We suggest that 5-12 group members is an ideal number.
