At Saint Catherine’s we are doing everything we can to keep our patients, families, staff , volunteers and supporters safe at this difficult time.
Our key clinical services are still running, which means that patients are still being cared for in the hospice and at home.
However, in line with Government guidance and with safety paramount, we have taken the decision to reduce some face-to-face services and restrict visitors on site.
Every decision being made is in the best interests of our patients, families, volunteers and staff.
We need your continued support and help more than ever as we continue to pay and support all our members of staff – we appreciate every donation, every message and every offer of support.

Donate Regularly

Your regular support is one of the most powerful ways to make a difference and will help us to continue to provide care in the future.

Ways To Donate

There are three ways that you can support Saint Catherine’s on a regular basis. The Saint Catherine’s lottery and our regular giving schemes – Friends of Saint Catherine’s and Saint Catherine’s Friends in Business.

Saint Catherine’s Lottery

Playing Saint Catherine’s lottery gives you the chance to win a top prize £1,500 of every week, as well as the chance to win the rollover jackpot which can roll up to £20,000 before it must be won!

You’ll be giving yourself a chance to win an amazing amount of money whilst supporting your local hospice – it’s a win, win!

You can change someone’s life today.

Saint Catherine’s Friends in Business

As well as being able to donate as an individual, you are also able to sign your business or workplace up to our giving scheme ‘Saint Catherine’s Friends in Business’

Making a regular charitable donation to Saint Catherine’s is a way for businesses to reduce tax bills at the same time as supporting the care we provide to our patients and their loved ones.

Limited companies, partnerships and sole traders can all pay less tax when they give to charity. This is because donations are tax deductible against the profits of a company. Donations from sole trader or business partnership are paid net of tax and the charity claims a tax credit on top, direct from HMRC.

For the duration of your business’ commitment to  regular giving, your business would receive the benefit of our new ‘Friends in Business’ accreditation, for use on:

  • Company stationery
  • Company website
  • All of your marketing literature

How your business can make a difference:

£50 a month could pay for our Hospice at Home team to visit a patient in their own home

£100 a month could pay for our community nurse specialist team to visit a patient in their own home to offer advice, support and guidance around treatment and care

£250 a month could pay for a 24 hour stay for a patient on our In-Patient Unit.

For further information and details on how you can sign up, you can either download our brochure or give our fundraising team a call on 01723 351421.
