Get Caked 2026: Are You Ready to Get Muddy?

Join us for the filthiest, fun-filled challenge of the year!

Daring fundraisers are being called to “Get Caked!” this spring. We are looking for a team of mud-loving supporters to take on a five-mile obstacle course in aid of Saint Catherine’s Hospice.

Set in the stunning (and soon-to-be very muddy) grounds of Sledmere House, Get Caked is the ultimate test of your endurance, teamwork, and sense of humor.

Event Details

• Date: Sunday, 19th April 2026
• Location: Sledmere House, Driffield
• The Challenge: A 5-mile course featuring natural and man-made obstacles. You’ll climb, jump, crawl, and splash your way to the finish line.

What’s Included?

• A Medal & Cake: Every participant receives a commemorative medal and a delicious slice of cake at the finish line.
• Facilities: On-site parking and basic changing facilities are provided.
• Refreshments: Plenty of food and drink will be available to purchase on the day to keep your energy up.

Important Information

• Age Limit: Participants must be 15 years or older.
• Supervision: 15, 16, and 17-year-olds must be accompanied by a participating, paying adult.
• Partnership: This event is organized by Dove House Hospice in partnership with Saint Catherine’s.

2. Select Your Charity: When registering, look for the “Chosen Charity” dropdown box.
3. Choose Saint Catherine’s: Select ‘Saint Catherine’s Hospice’ from the list. This ensures 100% of your fundraising proceeds come directly to us.
