Supporting Your Wellbeing
At Saint Catherine’s, we believe looking after your wellbeing is about more than just health, it’s about feeling supported, connected, and cared for. Our range of wellbeing services offers time to relax, learn, and share with others in a welcoming space. From friendly drop-in groups and creative wellness sessions to practical advice and specialist support, there’s something for everyone. Whether you join us for a Cancer Wellbeing Café, Monday Matters, or a gentle Wednesday Wellness session, each service is delivered with warmth, understanding, and dignity.
Many of our activities take place at Saint Catherine’s, while others are held within the wider community, helping us reach and support even more people. A number of these services are free to attend, while others include a small fee to help us continue providing care and support across our community.
Please help us to protect our patients and staff from highly contagious illnesses.
Visiting a Wellbeing service or group if you are unwell is not only discouraged but also potentially harmful to both you and others. NHS guidelines emphasize the importance of waiting at least 48 hours after experiencing symptoms like diarrhoea or vomiting before visiting.
If you are feeling unwell, it is best to stay at home and contact your healthcare provider for advice.
