Saint Catherine’s Launches Appeal for 2027 Calendar Photographs

Would you like to see your photograph featured in the 2027 Saint Catherine’s calendar?

Saint Catherine’s Hospice is inviting supporters and photography enthusiasts to submit their favourite local images for next year’s calendar – a much-loved publication that helps raise vital funds for patient care.

Each year, the calendar is purchased by thousands of supporters across the region, with copies even being ordered from overseas. The hospice is now looking for 12 special photographs to feature across the months of 2027.

Susan Stephenson, fundraiser at Saint Catherine’s, said:

“We really enjoy seeing our supporters’ photos each year as they start coming in for the next year’s calendar. We have some talented photographers in this area and beautiful scenery. We know how much it means to people when they see one of their photos in the Saint Catherine’s calendar.”

 

What we’re looking for

For the 2027 calendar, Saint Catherine’s is looking for photographs that are:

• Landscape format and full colour
• Taken within the area served by Saint Catherine’s, including Scarborough, Filey, Hunmanby, Whitby, Ryedale, Bridlington and Driffield
• A good mix of seasons, including spring, summer, autumn and winter

How to enter

Anyone can submit photographs for consideration, with a maximum of four entries per person. The 12 selected images will be printed in the calendar alongside the photographer’s name.

The deadline for submissions is Friday 1 May.
