About the Service
At Saint Catherine’s, we offer a relaxing and dignified bathing experience, understanding how important it is to maintain personal hygiene with both comfort and dignity. Whether you need a little extra support or full assistance, our caring team is here to help you feel safe, refreshed, and at ease in a calm, therapeutic environment.

Criteria
This service is open to adults living with a palliative or progressive life-limiting condition, within our catchment area of 1600sq mile radius.

Before your first session, our friendly team will have a chat with you about your care needs and complete a short assessment to make sure the service is safe and suitable for you. If you have any paperwork that outlines your moving and handling needs, please bring this along with you.

What’s Involved?

Assistance getting in and out of the bath or shower, with use of specialist equipment if needed.
Support with dressing and personal care, including hair care and applying prescribed lotions.
Option to enjoy soothing lighting, gentle music, bubbles, or a full spa-style experience.
Friendly team on hand throughout, offering as much or as little help as you need to bathe safely.

Booking Information
Sessions are £35 per hour. The bathing service is available on Monday between 10am and 3pm, onsite at Saint Catherine’s.
