About the Service

Technology can open up a world of connection, entertainment and independence, but it isn’t always easy to navigate. Our Digital Inclusion Group provides friendly, practical support in a community setting, helping you feel more confident using digital devices. Whatever you’d like help with, our team is on hand to guide you at your own pace.

This project has been funded by York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority through the UK Government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

What’s Involved?

• Practical support with everyday technology.
• Friendly, informal sessions in a welcoming community setting.
• Opportunities to use and explore devices such as phones, tablets, laptops and Chromebooks.
• A relaxed space to ask questions, learn at your own pace and enjoy a chat.
