Overview

Study day aimed at qualified and trainee Non-Medical Prescribers who have an interest and involvement in Palliative and End of Life Care.

The day will provide a range of interactive learning opportunities relevant to prescribing in Palliative and End of Life Care. 

Presentations from local specialist clinicians with evidence and patient-case based discussion on a range of topics, including:

• Breathlessness
• Planetary Prescribing in Palliative Care
• Prescribing in Liver Disease
• Prescribing Decision Making and Risk Management
• Prescribing reflections: moving from Primary Care into Specialist Palliative Care
• Red Drugs in Palliative Care

Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring anonymised patient cases to share and reflect on over sessions of the day.
